For this customer, located in São Leopoldo, we carried out the internal cleaning operation of the raw water transport pipeline, through the Pigs passage process. The pigs release devices were designed by our team of engineers, and all possible interferences and deviations were studied in order to avoid supply delays and/or lack of water by the company that serves the city, for the final consumer.
The operation generated:
Significant gains in Hanzen Willians Coefficient C;
Instant flow gain;
Reduction of 20% in the electricity monthly consumption, which is consumed at the pumping station of the Water Intake.
